Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, the host processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the address requested, referrer and browser identifier, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is running the site securely and reliably. Where the host is outside the EU, transfers rely on an adequacy decision such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts are served by this website itself; no connection is made to Google Fonts or any other third party.

Waitlist

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, optionally your first name, the language you chose, which campaign link brought you if any, and when you signed up. We use this only to tell you when LACE launches. It is stored with: Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992 (AWS eu-west-1, Irland / Ireland, EU). After you sign up we send you a confirmation email; for this we pass your email address and, if given, your first name to our email service provider: Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. The transfer to the USA relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or through the unsubscribe link in our message; we then delete your data. We delete the waitlist at the latest after LACE launches.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live.
